BASE	System	Being applied on specifically shaped construction and single supporting profile parts.
	Base coating	Imported French TARGET branded PVC Mineflo with 2.5 mm thickness is used as floor covering on boards of odorless and fireproof Betopan plates with 16 mm thickness as base covering of the Cabin.
OUTER WALL	Mold System	Being manufactured with automated Karmod system that is not used in Turkey or anywhere in the world by pressing in specifically shaped construction and polyester non-shrink mold.
	Cabin Manufacturing System	Being manufactured from (CTP) glass fiber reinforced polyester material as double-walled polyurethane sandwich panel. After being screwed down and mounted by using antibacterial neutral silicon, it has an hygienic view with modular structure together with protection against water, snow, and dust.


	Outer Surface Coating	Special gelcoat polyester and off-white (fluorescent color) Isophtalic Acrylic based is used.
	Inner Surface Coating	Special gelcoat polyester and off-white (fluorescent color) Isophtalic Acrylic based is used.
	Wall Insulation	Having 40 mm thickness and 40 density Italian-origin EUROPOLİÜRETANE brand, Polyurethane foam is injected by using 140 bar machine.
GENERAL OUTER WALL SPECIFICATIONS	Outer and inner surfaces of the panels of Karmod cabins are manufactured from off-white colored gelcoat material that is resistant against solar radiation of +60 degrees and -50 degrees cold. Outer and inner panels are resistant to atmospheric conditions and have anti-corrosive properties. Being washable, stainless , rotproof, and easy to clean.


INNER WALL	System	Being manufactured with carcass by means of special-shaped profiles.
	Inner Surface Coating	Double-faced and 10 mm thickness PVC wainscot is used.
	Wall Insulation	40 mm thickness polystyrene foam is used.
ROOF	Roof system	Being manufactured from (CTP) glass fiber reinforced polyester material as double-walled sandwich panel. After being screwed down and mounted by using antibacterial neutral silicon, it has an hygienic view with modular structure together with protection against water, snow, and dust.

DOORS	Outer Door	Aluminum door with electro-static powder painted and white colored. Outer door dimension is 71.5*184.5 and 4mm thickness door glass is used. Bottom of the door is polyester plate and it is covered with wainscot.
	Inner Door	It is aluminum door painted with electro static powder and white color.
NOTE	Order note	WHEN AN ORDER IS GIVEN, THE POSITIONS OF THE DOORS AND THE WINDOWS MUST BE INFORMED.
WINDOWS	Window	Consist of aluminum frames painted with electro-static powder and white color.
	Glass	4 mm thickness tempered car glass is used. When broken, it is manufactured without any damage.
PAINTS	Metal parts	Galvanized chassis is used from 150150 size to 270270 size.
		270*270 size and above and all the chassis of the Wc are made from profiles and 1 coat of Rapid prime paint is applied.
ELECTRIC INSTALLATION (Surface mounted)	Cable	3x2.5 NYM Cable for 2000 W 220 Volt electric power, and 2x1.5 OZNUR and VATAN branded cables for lighting are used.
	Fuses	Siemens brand 16 Ampere fuse is used.
	Lighting Fittings	ESPA brand is used.
	Sockets and Switches	VIKO brand is used.
	Outer connections	To be covered by the buyer.
SANITARY INSTALLATION (Surface Mounted)	Vitrified (Fittings)	AYVIT brand is used.
	Washbasin and shower (Fittings)	ECESAN brand is used.
	Clean water supply pipes	PPRC FIRAT brand is used.
	Waste pipes	PVC FIRAT brand is used.

OPTIONEL ACCESSORIES	If bench, table, shelf, sink, blind, inner wall compartment and an additional wc etc. are requested as an option, those requests will be made against a fee.

WARRANTY COVERAGE	KARMOD is guaranteed against manufacturing and assembly faults for 2 years. If Karmod brand aluminum and adhesive labels on cabins are removed, then such products become no longer under warranty coverage.

DELIVERY	The transportation of KARMOD cabins within ISTANBUL will be covered by our company (The transportation of all orders outside of ISTANBUL belongs to the buyer).
TYPE OF DELIVERY	The products are delivered on trucks and they are delivered to the place where trucks can approach. If the crane is required to transfer the cabins, the fee will be met by the buyer.
